We really enjoyed the room - it was spacious, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. the hotel is located within a short walk to stores, downtown area, dog park, and local restaurants. the price was very reasonable at US$56.

the room met needs, clean and huge with a comfortable bed. particularly good and reasonably priced location near to the nice downtown area and the dog park as well as the high school football stadium, i felt safe. it also was close to restaurants.

Worst Experience Ever

General information: Forced to stay in a flooded room. I stayed at this motel, room 105, on June 8th 2016. Shortly after checking in, my toilet flooded the bathroom and some of the carpet. The guy at the front desk broke it more. I requested a different room and was denied. I requested a refund to take my child to another hotel and was denied. The owner refused to give me a refund. When I asked for her name, she refused to give me her last name (apparently it’s their policy) but she did give me one thing: an attitude. Worst experience ever. Location and surroundings: Location is fine but looks shady. Service: Could not communicate with front desk gentleman.

This place was just what we had hoped for, can't recommend it highly enough. Staff were accommodating, room was cozy and brand-new with a comfortable bed...
